(DISCLAIMER) The Fantasy Sportsbook Skill Game has been created for entertainment purposes only and to allow participants to experience the action of a sportsbook without the risk of losing the cash and with the intention to give sports gamblers a "safe alternative" to real gambling.

The Fantasy Sportsbook Game is a GAME OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL. The outcome of a The Fantasy Sportsbook Challenge is not dependent solely on the outcome of any single sporting event, but rather competition between participants in a league, just as traditional Fantasy Football is played.

(1) ELIGIBILTY To participate in the Fantasy Sportsbook Challenge & Survivor Challenge you must be a legal resident of the United States. The Challenge is open to individuals who have reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction and additionaly individuals may enter with permission of a parent or legal guardian. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries and immediate family members of ePigskin Fantasy Sports, are not eligible to win any prizes.

(2) REGISTRATION DATA
By registering you agree not to give the login name and password to anyone, under any conditions, and to keep your login information in a secure place. You must provide us with accurate information to be able to receive your prizes. ePigskin.com also reserves the right to eliminate any entries deemed as incomplete or are not of good nature.

(3) CONTACTING WINNERS/WINNERS LIST
(For Public Challenges Only) By means of the contact information the player has submitted, ePigskin.com will attempt to contact all winners via e-mail and/or phone within ten (10) days after the date the winners are determined. In order to claim a prize the winner must submit an affidavit of eligibility and compliance of these Official Rules within fourteen (14) days following the accepted notice. Failure to abide with this prerequisite may result in ineligibility to receive the prize won. Any prize notice returned as undeliverable or unsuitable may or will result in the ineligibility and choice of another winner. This winner shall be the player closest in standings to the disqualified winner. Taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. If the winner is incapable of being contacted within 30 days, another winner may or will be chosen, thus the initial player becoming disqualified.  In addition the winner will allow the use of their name on this website, without any compensation, unless prohibited by law. All winners will be posted on our scoreboard. Players must login to view the scoreboard.

(4) GAMBLING PROHIBITION
ePigskin.com/The Fantasy Sportsbook is not a betting or wagering service. This website may not be used for any reasons other than it's intended purpose as a skill based game. Players wager ONLY Fantasy Points here not real money.

All prizes and awards offered to winning participants are established and made known to the participants in advance of the game and the value is not determined by the number of participants or the amount of any fees paid by those participants.  All winning outcomes reflect the relative knowledge and skill of the participants and are determined predominantly by accumulated statistical results.  No winning outcome is based  on the score, pointspread, or any performance or performances of any single real world sporting event.

(5) GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules/Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action concerning these Official Rules/ Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

(6) ADDITIONAL RULES & REGULATIONS
All players agree to abide by the terms of the Official Rules and by ALL decisions of ePigskin.com, which hold the right to the ultimate say on all matters concerning Challenges. ePigskin.com reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time. ePigskin.com will not be held accountable for any late, misplaced, or incomplete picks submitted or any other actions beyond our control. Included here are problems associated with technology and the internet. ePigskin.com will not be held responsible if the web site does not function as planned due to computer viruses, bugs, software errors, illegal tampering, or other instances beyond our control. Anyone who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Challenge by hacking, deception, cheating or any other wrongful practice, shall be prohibited from playing in the Challenge.

In regards to using the Survivor portion of the web site all players may join for free however if there are 50 or more players in a private league there will be a $1.00 charge per player, where the League Administrator is responsible for payment.

By registering or participating, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ePigskin.com harmless from any claims, liability, damages and/or costs arising from any use of your membership by any person. 

(7) NON-COMPLIANCE
The ePigskin Staff, in it's sole discretion, may terminate and forfeit any player who does not cooperate or agree with these official rules.

(8) COPYRIGHTS
The ePigskin Fantasy Sportsbook is a copyright protected game. All material and contents on this site are owned by ePigskin.com and in now way shall be copied, reverse engineered, or disassembled in any way. 

(9) PRIVACY POLICY
As part of the web site's operation and for our own statistical analysis of web-site traffic, our web site automatically logs Internet IP addresses entering our site. The Player Information you submit is kept strictly private for our own purpose. We do NOT share this information with any third party company and/or organization. The information will only be exercised for its projected purpose, such as allowing us to send you prizes, data requested, software/ web site updates, and promotional material. We collect email addresses of those who correspond with us via email.

We use the best available methods to ensure that your data remains safe with us. Our site is maintained using the latest technologies. Both our web site and software, use all available means to maintain data accuracy and privacy and to protect your data from being misused and/or lost.

(10) AGREEMENT TO THE RULES
If you register to compete in any of our Challenges, you agree to be bound to these official rules. All players agree to abide by the terms of the Official Rules and by ALL decisions of ePigskin.com, which hold the right to the ultimate say on all matters concerning any contest here at ePigskin.com.

(11) INDEMNIFICATION 
You agree to indemnify and hold each of ePigskin.com, its sponsors, its affiliates, its officers and its employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by anyone or arising out of your use of the this site.
